A History of Hurricanes and How They Might Change in New England’s Future

MIT Professor, Kerry Emanuel, an atmospheric scientist and expert on hurricanes, discusses what’s known and what remains impossible to predict in regard to coming future storms at a Town Hall Meeting, entitled, “Climate Change in New England: What’s Next?” which explores how global warming will affect New England in the 21st century and how the region is preparing for the coming changes.
