Nicholas Robinson

Dr. Robinson’s work studies the continuum of environmental legal obligations from international agreements to national and regional legislation, and to local laws. His focus is on comparative legal research and law reform through comparative legal techniques, in common law, civil law, socialist law, Islamic Law, and customary law societies.
