Minjoo Larry Lee is an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering.
His research interests include multi-junction solar cells, high-mobility channels for MOSFETs, light detectors and emitters, mismatched epitaxial growth, engineering of defects and strain in group-IV and III-V semiconductors, self-assembled nanostructures, electron microscopy.
